CISE’s email program had plateaued. Email was contributing roughly 10% of store revenue, with no obvious path to grow it. The list was healthy; the program was stale.
What we did
- Layered in advanced segmentation and retargeting so each subscriber saw something specific to them.
- Rewrote copy in the actual brand voice — not vendor-template English.
- Mapped a monthly content calendar that synced campaigns with launches and inventory.
- Continuous A/B testing across flows and campaigns.
Result
In four months: email revenue +800%, revenue per recipient +350%, click-through rate up +10 percentage points. Email’s share of store revenue lifted from 10% to 30%.
